We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, such as for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you via email and refund any payments promptly.

2. Pricing
Prices for our women’s clothing are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Payment
We accept secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other options shown at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your payment information is encrypted for security, and we do not store sensitive details beyond what’s needed for processing.

6. Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if processing has begun. Contact service@clavine.shop as soon as possible to check if adjustments can be made. If we cancel an order due to unavailability or other reasons, we’ll refund you fully within 5-10 business days.
