Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
At Clavine, we want you to love your women’s clothing purchase. You may return items within 180 days of purchase if they’re unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria, including damaged or used products, are ineligible for return.

2. Refund Process
To start a return, contact service@clavine.shop for instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You’ll be notified via email when the refund is complete. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exclusions
Sale items, final sale products, or items from special promotions may not be returnable—check product details at purchase. Damaged, worn, or altered items won’t qualify for refunds, nor will items without original tags.

4. Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Lost returns without tracking may not be refunded. For defective or wrong items, we’ll cover return shipping—contact us for a prepaid label.

5. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, contact service@clavine.shop to check availability. Exchanges follow the same 180-day timeline and condition requirements as returns. You’ll need to return the original item and place a new order if stock permits.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us at service@clavine.shop within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, once verified.
